I've lived in the mid west now for 7 years and in seems each winter is longer than the last. Spring break is a great misnomer here. We did find a place we could play in the warm water, minus the sun of course. Great Wolf Lodge is an indoor water park in Kansas City. The kids had so much fun. Brianna kept her suitcase packed for a couple of weeks after our trip just so she'd be ready for the next time we went.
